Lakeview Drive House
The project consisted of an addition and renovation to an existing 1946 house for a local fashion designer. The general concept was to add a new bathroom, open-up the floor plan, and add an entry terrace and backyard entertainment space. The entry feature became a large wrap-around terrace that connected the front and rear of the house- creating a catwalk for the owner's and their guests to enter the home or access the backyard for events. The backyard terrace was elevated like a stage and the pool remained at grade to emphasize a sense of theatricality.
